Some foods are great for de-stressing, including avocado, oranges, blueberries, oatmeal, and almonds. Eat these things whenever you need a break. You can also try green tea. Green tea contains an amino acid called theanine, which is receiving increasing scrutiny due to its potential effects on mood disorders. A 2017 review found that 200 mg of theanine improved self-reported relaxation and calmness while reducing tension in human trials. 

Instead of drinking soft drinks, coffee, and alcoholic beverages, you can drink green tea. In addition, it is easy to add it to the day-to-day diet.  You can also try yogurt and other dairy products. Yogurt reduces anxiety and stress. According to a clinical review, yogurt and other dairy products may produce an anti-inflammatory effect in the body. Several studies found that consuming healthful bacteria increased happiness in some people.
