Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Stratosphere Quality, LLC (SQ) on its sale to a Japan-based diversified general trading company and a Japan-based quality support and outsourcing solutions company. The transaction closed July 3, 2017.

Founded in 2009 and based in Fishers, Indiana, SQ is the leading North American provider of quality assurance and outsourcing solutions to the automotive, medical and industrial equipment industries.
